I first heard Mr. Cordero speak in 1991 at and IRS sponsored seminar at his office.  I was very impressed with what he had to say and decided to make an appointment to meet him.

Mr. Cordero helped us complete the necessary tax requirements to form a corporation.  About eight years later, we sold our business after building it into a very profitable company.  Thanks to Mr. Cordero, we were able to make a vey nice profit when we sold our company.  Mr. Cordero has been helping us with our business taxes since we got in business and he has handled our accounting ever since.
