How many people do I need in order to open a corporation?

In Florida one is O.K. Although a board usually has three positions, President, Secretary and Treasurer, one individual can occupy all of them.

What is a Register Agent on a Corporation?

This is a name and address of a person or entity living in Florida that can receive correspondence on behalf of the corporation. In most cases, the owner is also the Register Agent.

Do You Have A Minimum Fee Or Consultation Charges?

Yes, we have a policy of $75.00 minimum fee for every 30 minutes. However if you decide to do the work with us: file a tax return, open a corporation, bookkeeping, etc. at the same meeting, we do not charge the consulting fee.

Do You Deal With Non-Profit Organizations?

Yes, we do work with non-profit organizations. We handle non-profit situations from the creation all the way up to the regular maintenance of the organization. We have a complete package to help non-profit organizations be completely tax exempt on the income tax and sales tax.

What is an offer in compromise?

Doubt as to Liability: Doubt exists that the assessed tax is correct.

Doubt as to Collectibility: Doubt exists that the taxpayer could ever pay the

What Is The Difference Between A “C” Corporation And An “S” Corporation?

The answer is related to tax matters. It is determined by how the IRS is going to view your situation. As a general rule, an “S” corporation is more convenient as you can legally eliminate double taxation. We need to evaluate if you qualify for this status.

What is the difference between INC. and CORP.

There is no difference. They are the same.

I don’t have a social security number yet, bud I did work in the u. s. Can I still file my taxes?

You do not need to have a social security number in order to file taxes. You are required to file taxes if you have any earned income inside the U.S. You must file taxes regardless of your immigration status. You can be a resident for income tax purposes, which means you must live in the United States more than half of the year and not have
a legal status for immigration purposes.

You may be required to apply for an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Item Number). This is
a number the IRS assigns you in order for you do file you taxes if you do not have a social security number.

I have a visa to work. I came to work in America and I brought my family. We are here legally, but I am the only one who has the social security. Can I include my family on my tax return?

Yes, this is because they are related to you, they live with you, and depend on you. Since they don’t have a social security number they will apply for the ITIN when you file your personal tax return.

Form W-7 will be prepared for each ITIN applicant, they will be attached it to the tax return, and send it to a specific IRS address.

I received a letter from the IRS they are going to audit my income tax return, can you help me?

Yes, we can represent individual and business taxpayers on audits with any government agency. The process starts with a meeting to ensure we can help you. Then we established an action plan and go to the different meetings with the auditor.

How are tax returns selected for an audit?
There is three ways the IRS selects tax returns for an audit:

  1. At random.
  2. By industry. Sometimes the IRS looks closer at certain industries, like LLC’s and self-employed type businesses.
  3. If your tax return is suspicious in nature. If you tax return has too many red flags, such as too many deductions in regards to the income reported – it is a clear indication your tax return needs a closer look by the IRS.

Do you have the program for refund anticipation loan (RAL)?

Yes. We are authorized to participate in this program. We electronically transmit your return from our office to the bank and the IRS. The benefit of this program is the customer receives their income tax return within 24 hours thru a RAL. There is a fee for this service.

Do I need to apply for a sales tax number?

In general, you will need a sales and use tax number if you are engaged in any business activity which will normally collect sales tax. There are exemption as to when to charge or not sales tax.

What is Workers Compensation Insurance?

In general, the Workers Compensation Insurance is an insurance required for any time of business that have four or more employees to cover for accidents on the job. The insurance requirement and rates are dictated by the state government, and the actual policy is offered by the private sector.
